Performance Indicators - Overview

Use the Performance Indicators tab under the Analytics menu to access a variety of ways to measure your shop's performance. The following are the sub-tabs under the Performance Indicators tab:

  • Dashboard - Gives you an overall picture of your shop's performance. (See the topic: Dashboard.)
  • Batting Average - Tracks captured jobs versus lost opportunities. (See the topic: Batting Average.)
  • Cycle Time - Measures your shop's cycle time for each job, from start to completion. (See the topic: Cycle Time.)
  • Supplement Rate - Shows how many times a job has been supplemented, the total change in dollars, and the number of Parts Price Changes (PPCs) in that job. (See the topic: Supplement Rate.)
  • Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) - An option that can be licensed that provides information on your customer's experiences with the insurance company and with your shop. (See the topic: Customer Satisfaction Index.)
