Sales Performance
Use the Sales Performance tab on the Analytics menu under Sales to show the details of all your sales. For example, you can review the sales of a particular estimator for the past week, or sales from a particular insurance company for the past month and which estimator is responsible for those sales.
If you have a multi-shop setup, you can check the same information from shop-to-shop.

- On the Analytics menu, click Sales > Sales Performance. This tab consists of three parts: The list of repair orders and the corresponding sales performance information; the criteria fields (dates, etc.); the results in the bottom section of the tab.
- Select the check box for either Follow Up Sales Only or All Sales.
- In the between fields, enter the date range for which you want sales information (beginning and ending dates).
- Click on the Select list and choose All, Make, Estimator, Insurance Company, or Job Type to filter sales information.
- If desired, click the Exclude by Job Type button to open a box from which you can select job types to be excluded from the listing.
- Select the check boxes for the desired job types, then click OK.
- Click the Apply Filter button to implement filters.
- Results appear in the middle of the tab.

- On the Analytics menu, click Sales > Sales Performance.
- Click the Graph button at the top right of the tab. A Trend Analysis box appears.
- In the From and To lists on the box, specify the dates for the time period the graph should represent.
- In the View By box, click to view the data by Day, Week, Month, or Quarter.
- The Trend Analysis graph appears, reflecting criteria chosen.
- Click the Refresh button to clear the dates, check boxes, and filters specified.
