Supplement Rate
From the Analytics menu, the Performance Indicators > Job Supplements tab shows how many times a job has been supplemented, the total change in dollars, and the number of Parts Price Changes (PPCs) in that job.
This tab also tracks the shop's overall PPC rate and supplement rate by a specific date range, by estimator, by vehicle make, and by insurance company.
All reports of supplement data are printable from this tab.
How to

- From the Analytics menu, select Performance Indicators, then click Supplement Rate.
- The Supplement Rate tab consists of three parts: The list of repair orders in the main body of the tab, the criteria fields (dates, filters, etc.), and the results at the bottom of the tab.
- From the Supplement Between lists, choose the date range for information.
- In the Select list, select the criteria to filter on: All, Make, Estimator, or Insurance Company.
- If you select criteria other than All, a having list appears. Select further filtering criteria.
- Click the Apply Filter button to implement the filters.
- Totals are shown at the bottom of the tab, either Per Job (Highlighted) or for All Jobs.
- Click the Print button at the top of the tab to display the supplement information in report form.
- Select the Print Summary Only check box before clicking the Print button to create a report with only summary information.
- Click the printer icon
at the top left of the report preview to print a copy.
