Itinerary Overview

The Work Queue for Itinerary assignments is the landing page when you log on to WorkCenter Dispatch mobile itinerary as a field estimator. It is the central location for managing your daily assignments. On this one page, you can view your daily schedule and maps, rearrange your assignments, and update task status. You can also print your assignment details, maps, and directions.

The Work Queue for Itinerary is designed to work with a touch screen laptop PC and a stylus.

Click to search for previous assignments.

Click to expand or collapse Assignment Details. Click anywhere on the assignment to view the Maps and Directions associated with the assignment.

Click to update Task Status and enter Status Notes.

Click to preview and print your itinerary for the day.

Click to send task status updates and notes to the Dispatcher.

Click to rearrange your schedule for the day.
