Searching for Previous Assignments
Using the Search Criteria, you can quickly find specific assignments and resources.
To search for a previous assignment
- On the Search menu, select Previous Assignments.
A variety of text boxes appears in the Search Criteria section.
- Enter the or date range and (optionally) keyword(s) for the previous assignment you are searching for.
You must at least enter a date range.
- Click Search.
The assignments matching your search criteria appear
in the Workspace.
- To view details of a previous
assignment, click the Claim Suffix ID.
The Assignment Details window appears. You can Print the details.
- To return to your assignments window, on the Work Queue menu, click
Itinerary.

Claim Information

Claim-Suffix ID
|
The claim and suffix number.
|
Customer First and Last Name
|
The customer's given and family names.
|
Date Range From and To
|
The date range (mm/dd/yyyy) within which the assignment was created. Click to set the date using the calendar window.

Type
|
Select the type of assignment from the list.
|
Status
|
Select the assignment status from the list.
|
|
Click to begin the search according to your search criteria.
|
|
Click to clear all of the criteria settings you have made.
