Rearranging Current Assignments
You can rearrange your current assignment itinerary using the Rearrange
button.
Note: The Dispatcher is not
notified and the Dispatch Board does not reflect the rearranged itinerary.
To rearrange the current assignment itinerary
Note: Depending on your company setup, Rearrange may not be available.
- On the Current Assignment
window, click Rearrange.
- Select the assignment you
want to move, and click Move Up and Move Down as needed to move the assignment to the desired order in the itinerary.
- To revert back to the original
itinerary, click Cancel.
- If you are sure you want
to save the rearranged itinerary, click Save.
Note: The
Dispatcher is not notified and the Dispatch Board does not reflect the
rearranged itinerary.
A confirmation message appears indicating that arrival
times may be affected.
- Click Yes
to save the rearranged itinerary. Click No
to return to rearrange mode with assignments in the order before you clicked
Save.
The itinerary list, maps and directions are updated to reflect
the rearrangement. The rearranged assignments are indicated with an asterisk
and the following notation appears at the bottom of the window:

Move Up Moves the selected assignment up one place in the itinerary order.

Move Down Moves the selected assignment down one place in the itinerary order.
|

Save Saves the rearranged assignments. A confirmation message appears indicating
that arrival times may be affected. Click Yes to save the rearranged itinerary.
Click No to return to rearrange mode with assignments in the order before
you clicked Save.

Cancel Exits the Rearrange mode and returns the itinerary to the order it was
in prior to clicking the Rearrange button.
