Vehicle
The Vehicle section of the worksheet identifies the make and model of the vehicle, its mileage, color, license and registration, equipment, points of impact, condition, and any adjustments that should be taken into consideration. The information is organized by topic on the following subtabs:
Tab Summary
The Vehicle ID tab describes the vehicle. Most of the information can be decoded automatically from the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). The information can also be selected manually if you do not have the VIN.
The Vehicle Equipment tab describes the standard equipment for the vehicle, and any optional equipment that has been added.
The Impact tab identifies the primary point of impact, and any secondary points of impact. Each point of impact is color-coded on the diagram.
The Condition tab describes the condition of the vehicle interior and exterior, mechanical components, and tires.
Adjustments
The Adjustments tab lists any After Market, Refurbishments, and Prior Damage
adjustments to be taken into consideration.
Inspection
The Inspection tab provides a location for additional vehicle inspection
information to be taken into consideration.
