Adjustments

Use the Adjustment tab to enter any information about After Market Parts, Refurbishments, and/or Prior Damage that may affect the valuation of the vehicle.  The information entered on the Adjustment tab appears on the Total Loss Inspection Worksheet and Valuation Report. For more information, see the Reference section below.

To enter vehicle adjustments

1. On the Vehicle - Adjustments tab, in the appropriate section, do the following:
2. Under Prior Damage, do the following, as applicable.

1. Enter the Description of the damage.
2. Enter the Adjustment amount.
3. Under Common After Market Parts, select the appropriate EXTERIOR, INTERIOR, MECHANICAL, and SAFETY/OTHER parts.
4. Under Other After Market Parts and OEM Equipment, do the following, as applicable.

1. Select the Category of the part.
2. Enter the Description of the part.
3. Select the Adjustment Type to be used.

• For Automatic depreciation, enter the Purchase Date and Amount Paid.

1. For Manual depreciation, enter the Adjustment Amount.
2. For Quote depreciation, select Quote from the list.

5. Under Refurbishments, do the following, as applicable.

1. Select the Category of the part.
2. Enter the Description of the part.
3. Select the Adjustment Type to be used.
4. For Automatic depreciation, enter the Purchase Date and Amount Paid.
5. For Manual depreciation, enter the Adjustment Amount.
6. For Quote depreciation, select Quote from the list.
