Condition

Use the Condition tab to describe the overall condition of the vehicle interior, exterior,  mechanical components, and tires. The information entered on the Vehicle Condition tab appears on the Total Loss Inspection Worksheet and Valuation Report. For more information, see the Reference section below.

To describe the vehicle condition

  1. On the Vehicle - Condition tab,  select the check box that best describes the Overall condition of each aspect of the vehicle.
  2. To display additional items for the section, click Details.
  3. To reset the check boxes in the section, click Reset.
  1. To continue with the next section of the worksheet, click the Adjustment tab.

Interior Condition

 

Overall

Select the check box that describes the overall condition of the vehicle interior. The condition you select will be applied to each detail item described in the shaded section below.

Options: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Unknown.

Details
Click Details to describe the condition of each component of the interior.

Seats

Select the check box that describes the condition of the seats.

Carpet

Select the check box that describes the condition of the carpet.

Headliner

Select the check box that describes the condition of the headliner.

Doors/Interior Panels

Select the check box that describes the condition of the doors and interior panels.

Dash/Console

Select the check box that describes the condition of the dash and console.

Glass

Select the check box that describes the condition of the glass.

Exterior Condition

 

Overall

Select the check box that describes the overall condition of the vehicle exterior.  The condition you select will be applied to each detail item described in the shaded section below.

Options:  Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Unknown.

Details
Click Details to describe the condition of each component of the exterior.

Body

Select the check box that describes the condition of the body.

Paint

Select the check box that describes the condition of the paint.

Trim

Select the check box that describes the condition of the trim.

Vinyl/

Convertible Top

Select the check box that describes the condition of the vehicle vinyl or convertible top.

Mechanical Condition

 

Overall

Select the check box that describes the overall mechanical condition of the vehicle.  The condition you select will be applied to each detail item described in the shaded section below. Click Detail to describe each detail item individually.

Options:  Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Unknown.

Details
Click Details to describe the condition of each mechanical component.

Engine

Select the check box that describes the mechanical condition of the engine.

Transmission

Select the check box that describes the mechanical condition of the transmission.

Tires Condition

 

Overall

Select the check box that describes the overall condition of the vehicle tires.

Options:  Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Unknown.

Comments

In the Comments box, enter any additional information that is related to the condition of the vehicle.

 

Details
Click Details to display additional items for the section.


Reset
Click Reset to set all check boxes in the section back to the default value.
