Using the Review Estimate Window

Once an estimate has been reviewed, the results appear in the Review Estimate window. Alerts include a line number (if applicable), a description of the alert, the actual value used in the estimate, and the guideline value.

Note: The Actual amounts displayed on the Review screen in some cases represent the total dollar amount calculated from the estimate for the item. For example, if you normally enter Mask For Overspray as 0.2 labor units and $5.00 for materials (assuming an actual labor rate of $40) then the Actual column for Cover Car would indicate $13.00 (0.2 × 40 + 5).
