Report Disclaimers
Use Report Disclaimers to include statements like warranty information, work authorization, or parts disposal. You can create large disclaimers (recommended) or small disclaimers.
How to

- On the toolbar, click the Reports arrow, and then click Custom Forms.
- On the Custom Forms toolbar, click
.
Tip: See Custom Forms for more details on creating new reports/forms.

- Do one of the following:
- In the New Note area, enter a Name, and then enter the text of the disclaimer in the white box.
- Select an existing disclaimer from the list. The name and text appear in the bottom of the dialog box. Edit the name and/or text as needed.
- Click Save.
- To add or edit additional notes, click Edit Disclaimers. In the Disclaimers dialog box, click Add Notes and repeat steps 2-3, as needed.
Note: Once a small disclaimer is created, you cannot delete it. You can only rename and edit a small disclaimer.
