Open

Use the Open command to open a worksheet that has been saved or archived.  The columns in the worksheet list display the Vehicle, Owner, and Claim Number for each worksheet available.

The List Filters let you configure the list so that it displays only worksheets that have been saved, marked "Ready to Send," or archived. For more information, see the Reference section below.

To open a worksheet

  1. Do one of the following:
  • On the toolbar, click Open.
  • On the File menu, click Open.
  1. To filter the list by status, click the appropriate button.
  2. In the list, do one of the following:
  3. Double-click  the worksheet.
  4. Click to select the worksheet. Then, click Open.

Reference

Saved

Lists all worksheets that have been saved.

Ready to Send

Lists all worksheets that are marked "Ready to Send."

Archived

Lists all worksheets that have been archived.
