Fees Worksheet

Use the Fees Worksheet to record fee details for the loss vehicle. With the Fees Worksheet you can create custom fee descriptions and enter break-even, settlement, and owner retention amounts. You can also enter comments and associate them with a fee.

Closed To view/update a fees worksheet

  1. From the Breakeven Analysis or Settlement Summary, click the underlined value for Fees.
  2. Do one of the following:

  • Review and update the Fee Details as apply to the loss vehicle.
  • Click Add Fee to add a fee record, then enter the Fee Details as apply to the loss vehicle.
  1. Click Save and Close.

    * Indicate required fields.

Fee Description

Enter a description for the fee.

Breakeven

Enter the breakeven amount for the fee.

Settlement

Enter the settlement amount for the fee.

Owner Retains

Enter the amount of the fee that the owner of the loss vehicle retains.

Comments

Enter any comments that apply to the fee.
