Post to Accounting

The Accounting module must be licensed in order to post to accounting. The Accounting module is included in the Essentials, Professional, and Premiere packages.

Posting invoices, payments, receivables, and payables is performed from the Accounting menu, under the Transfer tab. There are four types of posting:

• Sales - Post repair orders
• Labor - Close pay period for payroll
• Payables - Post to Accounts Payable
• Payments - Post to Accounts Receivable
