Payer

Use the Payer section to view and specify who is paying for a repair.

Until a payer is identified, the section header displays No Payer.

Note: The payer is automatically applied to all repair lines. If you manually add a repair line, the W (Who Paid?) column appears with the payer already added.

How to

  1. In the open opportunity or repair order, click the Admin tab.
  2. Under Payer, click an option to identify who is paying for the repair.
  3. Click the Check Location list to choose who has the check for the repair.
  • At any point before saving, you can click Cancel to discard unsaved changes and return to the List View or Whiteboard.
  1. Click Save.
