Contacts

Use the Contacts section to view and enter administrative information about the people related to the opportunity or repair order (owner, insured, claimant).

Primary Contact Default

When an opportunity is added in RepairCenter, the default Primary Contact is the owner. Most opportunities are created in an estimating system. When an estimate is written, the default Primary Contact is as follows:

  • If the Owner exists, the Owner is the Primary Contact regardless if the Insured and Claimant are present.
  • If Claimant and Insured exists, (but no Owner) the Claimant is the Primary Contact
