Creating a Valuation Request
If you have access to WorkCenter Total Loss, you can recommend an estimate for Total Loss status and create a valuation request without having to log out of WorkCenter Review and then log in to WorkCenter Total Loss.
Note: If you do not have access to WorkCenter Total Loss, you will not see nor be able to use some of the options and screens described below.
How to

- Open and review the estimate.
- In the actions list click Recommend Total Loss then click Go.

Enter any Private and Public Notes as are appropriate.

Enter any CC Email Addresses and Resource Names as are appropriate.

Click Save.

Do one of the following:
- Click No, I'm done to close the estimate without creating a valuation request. Because no Valuation Request is created, you may want to contact the appraiser or shop.
- Click Yes, let WorkCenter create one to have WorkCenter create a blank valuation request. You are automatically assigned to this new Total Loss Valuation Request (by default) and it remains in an Unsubmitted state.
- Click Yes, let me create one. WorkCenter automatically creates a new Total Loss Valuation Request including all available information from the claims database and estimate details.
