E-mail Notification of Status Change

When an estimate's status changes, WorkCenter automatically sends an e-mail to the Estimator notifying them that the status has changed. The Estimator does not have to check up on the claim status, it is provided for them as soon as it changes. For body shops, this means they can begin repairs right away.

The e-mail's subject line identifies the claim number and status.

The following status changes trigger the automatic e-mail:

  • Automatically Approved
  • Approved
  • Rejected
  • Recommend Total Loss

The activity log records the action of the e-mail being sent to the Estimator.
