Unmatched Rentals
If a vendor assigns a rental and WorkCenter does not find a matching Claim Number for it, the rental goes to the Unmatched Rental Work Queue.
The Unmatched Rental Work Queue lists rentals that have been assigned to customers with Claim Suffixes that do not match existing ones in WorkCenter. Additional information shown in this queue includes Claimant name and phone number, rental start date, rental office state and location and rental status. Rental status is either In Progress, meaning the car has already been issued to a customer or Reserved meaning the customer will be picking up the vehicle shortly.
From the Unmatched Rental Work Queue, you can:

- On the WorkCenter toolbar, click Work Queue and then click Unmatched Rental.

- On the WorkCenter toolbar, click Work Queue and then click Unmatched Rental.
- On the WorkCenter toolbar, choose Claims as your Search topic and enter a claim number to search for a claim.
- Confirm that the claim number you searched for and found is the claim you want to associate a rental.
- Make note of the claim number and return to the Unmatched Rental queue.
- Select an unmatched rental from the queue, and click Associate to Claim-Suffix.
- Enter the Claim-Suffix ID in the Associate Rental box.
- Click Associate to associate the unmatched rental with a claim.
