Downloading Profiles
Your Setup determines the methods that are available for downloading a profile. Profiles can be downloaded on-demand from the Help menu and the Notification Area (System Tray), or downloaded automatically. Automatic downloads occur every 24 hours.
To download a profile on-demand
- Do one of the following:
- From the Estimate Review Main menu, click Help and then click Profile Download.
- In the Notifications
Area (System Tray) in the lower-right
corner of your desktop, click the green
(Watch) icon
to open the pop-up menu. Then, click Profile Download.
The Profile Download window shows the status as each file is downloaded.
- When prompted that each file was copied successfully, click OK.
- When prompted that the download was successful, click OK.
