Overview
Welcome to Mitchell Estimate Review—the compliance solution that ensures your estimates meet the guidelines required by your compliance business partner, or those established by your business. Estimate Review compares the actual repair estimate data with the settings in the compliance profile to determine if the estimate is in compliance.
Reviewing estimates allows you to make corrections to the estimate before uploading files to your business partner. By correcting compliance exceptions before uploading, you facilitate the business partner's ability to process the claim more quickly.
The program can be set to review estimates automatically or on-demand. In addition, you can manually select estimates for review at any time.
The compliance check is performed on CIECA (Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association) EMS (Estimating-to-Management System) data files that have been exported from your estimating system. After the estimate data has been reviewed, the EMS files can be deleted.
Estimate Review is available in three editions:
- Limited Edition (Compliance Utility)—Provides the basic features including reviewing estimates for compliance and downloading and importing profiles.
- Full Edition (Estimate Review)—Includes all the features of the Limited Edition plus the ability to change and create profiles.
- Administration Edition (Estimate Review)—Includes all the features of the Full Edition plus the ability to set special conditions on profiles.
