Lien Holder Details/Worksheet

1. On the Breakeven Analysis or Settlement Summary, click the underlined value for Lien Holder Payoff to open the Lien Holder Details/Worksheet.
2. Click Add Record.
3. Complete the required fields (marked with an *) and any additional fields that apply to the lien holder record.
4. Click Save.

• Do one of the following: 

• In the Left Navigation Pane under Suffix, click Documents, then click Breakeven Analysis.
• On the Breakeven Analysis or Settlement Summary, click the underlined value for Lien Holder Payoff to open the Lien Holder Details/Worksheet.

2. Click Details for the Lien Holder Information record you want to view.

Lien Holder Information

Type

Provides the type of lien holder selected under Lien Holder Details.

Business Name

Provides the Business Name entered under Lien Holder Details.

Payoff Amount

Provides the Payoff Amount entered under Lien Holder Details.

Lien Holder Details

Type*

Type details include the following:

• Loss Payee
• Additional Interests

Business Name*

Name of the business that holds the lien.

Contact Information

Contact information includes: 

• First/Last Name
• Address
• City
• State/Province
• Zip/Postal Code
• Country
• Home/Alt Phone, Ext.
• Fax
• E-mail

Payoff Amount*

Enter the amount required to payoff the loss vehicle.

Payoff Valid through Date

Enter the date through which the payoff amount is valid.

Per Diem

Enter the amount of per diem.

Warranty Refund

Enter the amount of warranty refund.

Gap Insurance Indicator

If applicable, select this option to indicate Gap Insurance.

Late Fees Amount

Enter the amount of late fees.

Comments

Enter any comments that apply to the Lien Holder Detials record.
