Settlement Adjustments

Use the Settlement Adjustments section of the Valuation Request Worksheet to enter user-defined settlement adjustments such as Dealer Prep Fee, Title Fee, etc.

Settlement Adjustments
Description	Enter a description for the settlement adjustment, e.g., Dealer Prep Fee.
Adjustment Type	Select an adjustment type (Pre/Post-Tax)
Adjustment Amount	Enter an adjustment amount. After entering an adjustment amount, press the Enter or Tab key to add additional lines.
	Delete Click to delete the Settlement Adjustments record.
