Use the Report Options section of the Valuation Request Worksheet to:

Apply deductible in the report
Indicate salvage
Review and set the Tax Rate (%) applied to valuation reports
Review restrictions, e.g., Max Search Radius, Max Age of Comp Data
Apply a title history deduction, add title history comments
Select reports, e.g., single and dual-source valuation reports

Note: Some report options may not be available to all users.

Report Option	Definition
Deductible	Shows deductible from the valuation. Apply Deductible option: Select to apply the deductible from the valuation.
Salvage	For the valuation there are three options, Non-Owner retained, Owner Retained, and Salvage Amount. As applicable, you can enter the salvage amount for the valuation here.
Tax	Apply Custom Taxes and Fees: Select to apply custom taxes and fees. Registration Type: Required field if applying custom taxes and fees. Manual Tax Override: If entering a manual tax, select and enter a tax amount Apply Tax: Select to apply the selected taxes
WorkCenter™ Total Loss Comparable Vehicle Report	Fully Automated Vehicle Valuation Report where vehicle coverage exists. (PIN VID is displayed).. “Prepared For:” subheading is a company customer setting that will allow carriers to append their company name, or underwriter company, that will be appended to the valuation report. There is a field in the valuation request workflow named “Insurer”. Once selected, it will append that company name to the valuation report.
Market Survey Report	Semi-Automated Vehicle Valuation Report where vehicle coverage exists. (PIN VID is displayed). Primarily utilized as the first option when the product cannot locate enough comparable vehicles to produce the Fully Automated Vehicle Valuation Report. Hybrid approach consisting of comparable vehicles manually searched and selected by Mitchell’s Total Loss Service Center and processed using the automated JDP Adjustment Methodology. Manually selected comparable vehicles comprised of existing database inventory and/or currently available as per consumer web-based sources (Autotrader.com, cars.com, carsforsale.com) Maximum Search Radius - 1500 miles from garaging location (subject to DOI restrictions)

Dealer Quote	Manual Vehicle Valuation Report utilizing Dealer Quotes Completed as the last option when comparable vehicles cannot be located. Report Display mirrors the Automated Vehicle Valuation Report. Dealer quotes can also be completed through the “Passenger Vehicle Specialty Comparable Vehicle Report” process. You can request a Dealer Quote as part of an initial submission or as a part of a revision. If you select a Dealer Quote, Dual-Source Report options are not available.
Passenger Vehicle Specialty Comparable Vehicle Report	Manual Vehicle Valuation Report Primarily utilized for vehicles where vehicle coverage does NOT exist. (PIN VID is NOT displayed).But can be completed where PIN VID coverage exists. Manually selected comparable vehicles are limited to currently available as per consumer web-based sources (Autotrader.com, cars.com, carsforsale.com) Adjustments are manually applied consistent with JDP Methodology. Maximum Search Radius – Nationwide Search from garaging location (subject to DOI restrictions)
NADA/JDPA Report	Automated / Manual Vehicle Valuation Report based on JDP Used Car / Truck model year / data coverage. Primarily utilized as part of a Dual Source Vehicle Valuation Report when statutory required or as an alternative settlement option when applicable based on customer preference. Vehicle Value based solely on separate JDP / NADA b2b methodology.
Dual Source N.A.D.A./J.D. Power-Red Book Guidebook Valuation Report	Dual Source N.A.D.A./J.D. Power-Red Book Guidebook Valuation Report Automated / Manual based on JDP Used Car / Truck and Automobile Redbook (Price Digest) model year / data coverage. Primarily utilized as an alternative settlement option when applicable based on customer preference. Vehicle Value based on separate N.A.D.A./J.D. Power-Red Book Guidebook methodology. Report Title Display mirrors the Automated Vehicle Valuation Report.
Dual Source WorkCenter™ Total Loss Comparable Vehicle Report with NADA/J.D. Power Guidebook Valuation Report	WorkCenter™ Total Loss Comparable Vehicle Report with NADA/J.D. Power Guidebook Valuation Report Automated / Manual based on PIN VID coverage and JDP Used Car / Truck and Automobile Redbook (Price Digest) model year data coverage. Primarily utilized for Dual Source required states also can be used as an alternative settlement option when applicable based on customer preference. Vehicle value based on WorkCenter™ Total Loss and NADA/J.D. Power Guidebook methodology Report Title Display mirrors the Automated Vehicle Valuation Report.
Specialty Car Truck Classic Valuation Report	Manual Vehicle Valuation Report reserved for classic-type vehicles that cannot be processed through WorkCenter Total Loss. (Vehicle coverage does NOT exist. PIN VID is NOT displayed). o Vehicle Decoding Features are not available upon claim entry o Manually selected comparable vehicles are limited to currently available as per consumer web-based sources (Autotrader.com, cars.com, carsforsale.com) o Adjustments are manually applied o Maximum Search Radius – Nationwide Search from garaging location (subject to DOI restrictions)
Specialty Other Report	Manual Vehicle Valuation Report template utilized a last option when all other designated templates do not meet the vehicle requirements. (Vehicle coverage does not exist. Recreational Valuation Report	Report type supports Class A Motorhome, Class B Motorhome, Class C Motorhome, Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel Travel Trailer, Pop-up Camper, and Truck Campers
Delta Reports	Vehicle Valuation Reports include the ability to track changes or deltas by clicking the Show Changes button at the top of each Valuation Request Worksheet. Using this feature you can track changes or deltas between two or more successive revisions.
The Automobile Red Book™	The Automobile Red Book, published by Primedia Prices Digests, is a well-known and respected valuation guide and a leading resource of business-to-business information for automobile dealers, insurance carriers, financial institutions, and tax professionals. The current edition contain twenty years of automobile and light truck identification and values, including VIN identifiers, mileage, options, factory suggested retail prices, and regional classifications.
AutoCheck® Vehicle History	The AutoCheck Vehicle History report provides important background information that may reveal problems the vehicle has had in the past. The report may include information bout previous salvage activity, flood damage, odometer rollbacks, lemon history, junked titles, and state emission inspection results. Only a carrier with authorization can access a AutoCheck Vehicle History report. The severe problem history icon () appears next to AutoCheck or NICB reports for vehicles with a severe problem history, e.g., salvage title, air bag deployment, or frame damage.
NCIB® Activity Report	The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB/ISO) is a non-profit organization that partners with insurance carriers and law enforcement agencies to identify, detect, and prosecute those who engage in insurance fraud. Although the NICB Report is not used to produce a market valuation, it does identify previous insurance claims made on the subject of loss vehicle. A carrier must be a member of the NICB/ISO to request the NICB Report. The severe problem history icon () appears next to NICB or AutoCheck reports for vehicles with a severe problem history, e.g., salvage title, air bag deployment, or frame damage.
