Search Results

The Search Results list shows all records that match the search criteria you entered. The list is initially sorted in ascending order by the first column, and lists up to fifty records per page. To sort the list by another column, click the column header. The arrow in the column header indicates the current sorting order, as ascending or descending.

The header of the Search Results list indicates the number of items shown per page, and how many items are in the list. If necessary, use the navigation controls to page through the list. For more information about each item, see the Valuation Column Descriptions below.

Note: The severe problem history icon () appears next to vehicles in the Search Results that have a severe problem history, e.g., salvage title, air bag deployment, or frame damage.

How to

Sort the list

Click any sortable column header () to sort the list by that column.

Open a Valuation Request Worksheet

From the Search Results list, click the Claim-Suffix ID of the record you want to open.

	Sorting Indicators
	Ascending Order Indicates the list is sorted by this column in ascending order.
	Descending Order Indicates the list is sorted by this column in descending order.
	List Navigation
	First Displays the first page of the list.
	Previous Returns to the previous page of the list.
	Next Displays the next page of the list.
	Last Displays the last page of the list.

Column Descriptions

Claim-Suffix ID	Click the Claim-Suffix ID to open the Valuation Request Worksheet for the vehicle.
Owner	The last name and first name of the vehicle owner.
Vehicle	The year, make, and model of the vehicle. The severe problem icon () appears next to vehicles with a severe problem history.
Loss Date	The date the vehicle loss occurred.
Status	The current status of the valuation request.
