Standard and Specialty Total Loss Valuations (Search)

Use the Search menu to select valuation records you want to find. Simply complete the Search Criteria form at the top of the page and then click Search to view the results. The Search Criteria section can be collapsed or expanded, as needed. For more information about each item, see Valuation Search Criteria below.

Note: The severe problem history icon (Prior Salvage History) appears next to vehicles in the Search Results that have a severe problem history, e.g., salvage title, air bag deployment, or frame damage.

How to

  1. On the Search menu, click Total Loss Valuations or Specialty Valuations.

  2. Complete the Search Criteria, as needed to describe the records you want to find.

    • You must enter at least a partial value in the Claim-Suffix ID or Owner Last Name.
    • To specify a range of loss dates, enter the Start and End dates, or click the Calendar and select the dates.

  3. Click Search to begin the search.

    The Search Results list includes all valuation records which match your criteria.

Reference

Claim-Suffix ID

Enter at least the first three characters of the Claim-Suffix ID you want to find.

Owner Last Name

Enter at least the first three characters of the last name of the vehicle owner you want to find.

Severe Problem History Only

(Non-specialty vehicles only) Click to search only for records with a severe problem history.

Vehicle Type

(Specialty vehicles only) Select the specialty vehicle type for the search.

Loss Date

To conduct a search based on a range of dates in which a loss occurred, do the following:

Start

Enter the starting date of the range, or click the Calendar to select the date.

Format: MM/DD/YYYY

End

Enter the ending date of the range, or click the Calendar to select the date.

Format: MM/DD/YYYY

Search
Click Search to retrieve all records which match the specified criteria.


Clear
Click Clear to reset the Search Criteria fields to their default values.

Expand

Click to expand the section.

Collapse

Click to collapse the section.
