Production Risk Alert
Use the Production At Risk Alert feature to track jobs that have remained in specific departments for too long. If a job is in a department for a longer period than the thresholds you set, the job is labeled At Risk on the Production Grid. The At Risk job is highlighted in yellow in the Department column and also labeled At Risk in the Risk column.
For Example: If a job includes 10 hours of body, you might want to be notified that the job is At Risk when the job has been in the Body department for longer than 8 hours (80% of total hours).
Note: You must have Production license to use this feature.
You can configure your shop's hours of operation as well as the percentage of total labor time you want considered before the job becomes At Risk for each of the four departments. The departments that can be associated with the At Risk feature are: Body, Frame, Mech, or Paint.
Note: If you are not currently using these departments in your Repair Plan, you will need to activate them to use this new feature (See Production Departments).
