Tech Status

1. Click . The Management tab appears.
2. Click the Tech Status tab.

1. On the Tech Status tab, you can select any of the check boxes below:

• Show Only Closed Jobs.
• Show Only Not Completed Jobs.

2. In the Date list, select one of the following:

• Due Out Date
• Due In Date
• Started
• Completed

3. Enter or select a date span in the Between fields.

   

4. Click Apply Filter.

Print a list of technician hours that shows Assigned Hours, Actual Hours, Flagged Hours, Clock Hours, and their Efficiency percentage.

1. Filter Tech Status as needed.
2. Click Print. The Print Preview window appears.
3. Click at the top of the window, select the desired printer, and then click Print.
