Opportunities Attachment View

Use the Attachment View tab to add photos, vendor invoices, towing bills, and other supporting documentation to an opportunity. Once you add these items, use the Attachments tab in the open opportunity to complete additional attachments-related tasks.

RepairCenter accepts most common file formats as attachments.

Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) .pdf

Add folders to favorites for easy access to the files you want to attach.

How to

  • On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachment View.

    Click the Opportunities (Estimates & Assignments) tab, and then click the Attachment View tab.

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachment View.
  2. On the Attachment View tab, click the My Computer tab (or the Favorites tab).
  3. Browse to the folder containing the files you want to attach, and then click to select it.The files it contains appear.

  4. Click to select a file. You can also select multiple attachments by holding down Ctrl while clicking each attachment (or by clicking Select All).
  5. When you finish selecting files, click Attach Files.
  6. In the Attach to Job dialog box, verify the appropriate files are included.
  1. Click Attach Items. The dialog box closes and the files appear in the attachments box.

  2. On the Attachment View tab, double-click the attachment.
  3. In the Edit Images and Documents dialog box, click .
  4. In the Delete Attachment dialog box, click Delete.
  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachment View.
  2. On the Attachment View tab, click the My Computer tab.
  3. Browse to the folder you want to add, and then click to select it.

  4. Click Add to Favorites.
  5. To confirm the folder was added, click the Favorites tab. The folder is displayed.

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachment View.
  2. On the Attachment View tab, click the Favorites tab.
  3. On the Favorites tab, click to select the folder you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove from Favorite.

Filter By

The category to filter by.

having

The name of the estimator or insurance company, depending on the Filter By selection.

Apply Filter

Applies the most recent filter settings

Reset

Clears any changes made to the filters.
