Job Cost by Repair Order
Use the Job Cost tab from a repair order to view information about the cost of the open repair order. You can view the RO's job costs by department, can compare estimated values to actual values, and can see your profit on the job by dollar amount as well as percentage. Totals of all listed ROs are shown at the bottom of the tab.
Note: The information on this tab is read-only.
How to
Access the Job Cost Tab
- From the Whiteboard, double-click on an open repair order.
- Click on the Job Cost tab.
Print the Job Cost Summary
You can print the RO Job Cost Summary Report from this tab.
- Click the Print button on the top right of the tab. The RO Job Cost Summary Report appears on the screen.
- To send the report to the printer, click the printer icon
in the top
left corner of the displayed report.

Job Cost Tab - Right-click Options
Place the cursor anywhere on the job cost list and right-click to make available the following options.

| Save as *.CSV File | Allows you to save the job cost information as a .CSV file, for use in other applications. |
| Save as HTML File | Allows you to save the job cost information as an HTML file, for use in other applications. |
| Refresh Job Cost | Refreshes the information on the tab, in case another user has updated the job. |
