Production Reports
Use the Production tab under the Reports menu to access Production Reports.
On the Production Reports tab, the Category column indicates whether a report provides information on all jobs or on the job currently selected on the Whiteboard.
Production reports available include daily production reports, labor tracking reports, production status across all jobs, repair order assignments, and technician production reports. A sample of some of the fields in each report is included in the report descriptions below. In the field labeled "Notes" in each report, the Production Status note(s) will print.
How to

- Click the Reports menu and select Production from the list; this brings you to the Production tab.
- Highlight the report to be printed from the table of production reports.
- Specify the dates in the date range filter that appears above the list. In the calendars, select the Start Date and the End Date.
- The other available filters and criteria for the specific report appear below the report list in the bottom section of the tab. Select from the options available to specify filters.
- To view the report on the screen, click the Print Preview button at the top right of the tab.
- To send the report to your printer from the preview, click the printer icon at the top left of the report.
- To send the report to your printer directly from the Production tab, click the Print button at the top right of the tab.

- Select Job Cost under the Reports list; this brings you to the Job Cost tab.
- Click the down arrow next to the View Job Listing feature in the bottom section of the tab.
- From there, you can print a form for any current repair order without having to go to the Whiteboard. See View Job Listing for details.
Reference

A symbol before a report in the following list indicates a recommended report, which includes information on how it should be filtered, as well as the purpose of the report.
- Daily Production By Tech (#104) - A general job listing by technician that shows the hours produced during a specific week across all jobs. The date filter selected in the lower portion of the window must fall within the week you want to review.
- Labor Tracking (Shop Clock) – Hours worked Completed (#126) – A general report that provides the assigned versus actual hours and efficiency percentage across all jobs for a specific date range.
- Labor Tracking (Shop Clock) – Hours worked so far (#125) – A general report that provides the hours by technician for a specific date range with start and end times and a total of the hours worked during the time frame.
- Production Status across ALL Jobs (#86) – A general report that provides a worksheet for updating status across all jobs to confirm that the vehicle is moving through the repair process in a timely manner.
- Production Status Summary – Classic (#172) – A general report that provides a status summary for the selected date range across all jobs to track each job with the estimated hours, assigned hours, actual hours worked, flagged hours and hours remaining. The report prints by category.
- RO Assignment (#47) – A copy of the currently selected repair order’s work order.
- Technician Production Actual Hrs (#139) – A general report that provides the assigned hours versus hours worked so far, with the efficiency percentage for a specific date range across all jobs. The report prints by technician.
- Technician Production Assigned Hrs (#137) – A general report that provides the assigned hours per technician for a specific date range across all jobs. The report prints by technician.
- Technician Production Back Flags (#181) - A general report that provides the amount of hours that need to be back-flagged on repair orders across all jobs. The report prints by technician.
Technician Production Flagged Hrs (#138) – Filter by all open jobs. Useful to provide to the flagged technicians to provide the hours remaining to be flagged for each repair order if you allow them to draw hours on the jobs. A general report that provides the assigned hours, flagged hours to date, and remaining hours across all jobs for a specific date range. The report prints by technician.
- Technician Production Summary (#136) - A general report that provides the assigned hours, flag hours so far, hours remaining to be flagged, actual hours worked and the efficiency per repair order across all jobs for the specific date range. The report prints by technician.
- Work Order - Classic (#165) - A copy of the current work order.
