Write an Estimate

Some users have the ability to open their estimating system directly from Mitchell Connect and begin writing an estimate that is automatically associated to a job.

Note: This feature is not available to all users.

How to

  1. On the Job Overview page, click Write Estimate. Your estimating system appears framed inside Mitchell Connect.
  2. Complete the estimate.
  3. Click Job Overview to return to the Job Overview page.
  4. Click Save & Exit at the prompt.

You can delete an estimated you recently copied or wrote in Mitchell Connect if you haven't sent it to the insurance company.

Note: This feature is not available to all users. It is only available to users with the ability to copy estimates.

  1. On the Job Overview page, click Delete on the Estimate Card for the estimate you want to delete.

  2. Click Continue at the prompt, and then click Done.
