Verifying Coverage for a Customer

To create an assignment in Mitchell Cloud Glass, the customer's insurance coverage must first be verified.

To verify coverage for a customer

1. Click New Claim.
2. The Coverage Verification screen appears.
3. The information required here and in subsequent screens is dependent upon your insurance carrier. Refer to the documentation provided by the insurance carrier to complete the workflow.
