Accepting or Modifying Assignments

To accept or modify an assignment

  1. Select the assignment from the Home page or from the Search Assignment page by clicking in the first column of the Assignment line.
  2. The Assignment opens to the Select Parts tab.
  3. A symbol at the beginning of a line indicates there are more selections in that subject. When you click the symbol, it changes to .
  4. Select the parts required for this vehicle by clicking for each part needed.
  5. To see a graphic of the part, click . A graphic of the part appears on the screen. You can move the graphic around the screen by dragging it with the cursor. To close the graphic, click in the upper left corner of the graphic.
  6. As you add parts, the invoice information appears in a table below the parts list.
  7. To delete a part from the invoice, click in the far-right column of the part line.
  1. Once you have finished choosing parts, you may add additional information about the work order by clicking one of the links at the top of the page:
  • To change the default tax rates for this assignment, click the Tax Info link.
  • To enter or update information about the customer, click the Customer Info link.
  • To enter a note about the assignment, click the Notes link.
  • To enter additional information about the vehicle, like the mileage, license number, or internal invoice number used by your shop, click the Additional Info link.
  • Provider Info and Pricing Terms open their respective pages, showing read-only information.
  1. To finish the work order and submit it for payment, click the SUBMIT link.
  • If there are any problems with the work order, an error message will appear explaining the problem.
  • If there are no problems with the work order, the Submit page will appear.
  1. Enter the Required Information on the Submit Page and click Submit.
  • A work order will now become an invoice.
  • The document has now moved to the Invoices list on the Home page or the Invoice Search page.
