Integrated Work View

The Integrated Work View is a customizable view of work tasks drawn from multiple WorkCenter programs.

You can create and save multiple views and set one as the initial view when you access this page. You can also filter and sort the columns in the current view without changing your saved settings.

The view can be filtered to show specific tasks, such as viewing only your open tasks as a “To Do” list for the day. The filter selections you make remain until you change them, even after closing the program. You can also configure which columns appear and how they are sorted.

How to

  1. On the Work Queue menu, select Tasks.

  2. Use the available filters to limit the Work View list to only those items you want.

    3. You can also customize what columns are shown in the list and in what order they appear.

    • If you cannot see the filter section click to the left of the Filter section title.
  3. Click Save View.
  4. Click the column headings to sort the list as needed.
    • If there are more than 50 items in the list, you may need to use the navigation controls to find the item you want.
  5. Click the item you want to open:
    • To open the Claim Summary, click the Claim Number.
    • To open the Claim Suffix view, click the Suffix number.
    • To open the Assignment or Estimate, click the Task Type.

  2. Click the New View tab.

  3. Use the available filters to limit the Work View list to only those items you want in your custom view.

    4. You can also customize what columns are shown in the list and in what order they appear.

    • If you cannot see the filter section click to the left of the Filter section title.

  4. Enter a View Name and then click Save New View.

    5. The view you created appears as a tab between the Default and New View tabs.

  1. In the Filters section, click Configure Columns.

    2. The Configure Columns window appears.

    The Selected Columns box indicates the column titles and order currently showing in the Integrated Work View list. The Available Columns box indicates column titles you can add to the Selected Columns box.

  2. Select a column title in one of the boxes and use the Add or Remove buttons to move the column to the other box.
  3. Continue adding and removing column titles until the Selected Columns box contains all the columns you want.

  4. To change the order of the columns, select a column title and use the up and down arrows to change its place.

    The top of the list indicates the leftmost column in the Work View list.

  5. Click Save when you are done configuring columns for the work view.

  1. After creating a view, select that view in the Work Queue, Claims or Tasks view.

  2. Open the [+] Filters section of the claim or task view.

  3. In the View Name field, provide or change the name of the view.

  4. (Optional) Select Make this my initial view.

  5. Click Save View.

  1. From the Integrated Work View, click the Summarized View tab.

  2. Open the Filters section of the Summarized View tab.(access filters by clicking the Filters symbol).

  3. Open the View Name list to select a view to summarize.

    Summarizing is available for all named tabs except for the Default and New View tabs. The Available Columns list displays the attributes/columns available for the selected View Name/tab in the Integrated Work View.

    Items in this list can be added to the Summarized View by moving them from the Available Columns list to the Selected Columns list. The default column topics are indicated with an asterisk (*). Column types with an asterisk cannot be removed from the Summarized View.

  4. Select a column, and then click Add to move it to the Summarized View.

  5. Click Create Summarized View.

    You can display up to five Selected Columns (including defaults indicated by an asterisk) in Summarized View. You cannot filter data shown in Summarized View. To filter data in a Summarized View, you must return to the tab where the information originated.
