Use the Assignments Work Queue
The Work Queue allows you to view your desired work items in the workspace. When you open Assignments from the Work Queue menu, the assignments are divided between two tabs:

Not Sent Assignments Tab: includes all assignments that have not yet been sent to an appraiser.

Sent Assignments Tab: includes all assignments that have been sent to an appraiser.
The Work Queue list shows up to twenty-five records per page and is initially sorted by Claim-Suffix ID. Use the list controls to change the sorting order, and to page through the list.
Note: Green text in the Work Queue list indicates that the estimate has been sent from Mitchell Cloud Estimating with an attachment.
How to

On the Work Queue menu in the navigation bar, select Assignments to open the Assignments Work Queue page.

Select the appropriate tab to view the desired assignment list.
- Use the available filters to limit the assignment list to only show the items you want.
- Select any column heading to sort the list. A
next to the column heading indicates ascending order. A
next to the column heading indicates descending order.
Your filter selections persist between sessions.
You can view notes on the status of an assignment without opening the assignment itself.

| In-Progress | Indicates that the appraiser has opened the file and sent a notification that the appraisal is in progress. |
| Incomplete | Indicates the claim-suffix requires more information before it can be sent to the appraisal resource. |
| Not ready | Indicates that the claim-suffix is complete but needs to be assigned to an appraisal resource before it can be sent. |
| Ready | Indicates that the claim-suffix is complete and ready to be sent. |
| Reschedule | Indicates the assignment needs to be rescheduled. |
