Sending Assignments
Using the Work Queue you can send single assignments or several assignments as a batch. You can also send assignments using the assignment details window.
Assignments are ready to send once the required information is complete and an appraiser is assigned. In the Work Queue, these assignments show Ready in the status column.
How To

- On the Work Queue menu, select Assignments.
- Filter and sort the list as needed so that you see the Ready assignment you want.
- If you want to find a specific assignment and know the claim-suffix number, use the Search feature to find the assignment and open the assignment details window.
- There are two ways to select an assignment. Do one of the following:

In the Work Queue, select the check box to the left of the Claim-Suffix number. Then, at the bottom of the column, click Send.

In the Assignment Details window, click Save & Send.
The assignment moves to the Sent Assignments list.

You can resend assignments using the assignment details window.

Do one of the following to find the assignment:
