Open Jobs

View open RepairCenter jobs in any major supported web browser from your mobile device. You can filter, search the All Open list, or use the Scan VIN feature to automatically locate the job.

How to

  1. From your mobile device, go to one of the following:

  2. Enter your newly migrated Username and Password.

  3. Tap, Sign In. The All Open list appears.

  1. Tap All Open list if the All Open list does not appear.

  2. Use the sort or search features to find the job you want to open.

  3. Tap the job from the filtered Jobs list.

Filter the Jobs list by primary and secondary filters like Due In Date and more.

  1. Tap the primary filter Filter By list, and select the one of the following:

  • All

  • Repair Order

  • Opportunity

  1. Tap the secondary filter list to select one of the following date options and select a date span:

  • Due Out

  • Due In

  • Created

Sort the order of jobs that appear on the Jobs list by vehicle year and more.

  1. Tap the Sort By list, and then select a field to sort by.

  2. Tap Newest on Top or Oldest on Top to sort the list.

Search for a repair order in the repair order list by owner name, vehicle, and more.

  1. Tap Search in the All Open list.

  2. Enter your search in the Search box.

  3. Tap .

  4. Tap the job you want to open.

Find a job automatically by scanning the VIN with your mobile device.

  1. On the All Open list, tap Scan VIN .

  2. Scan the VIN with your mobile device.

  3. The jobs related to the vehicle appears. Tap to open the attachment page for the job.

  1. Tap the menu icon .

  2. Tap Sign Out. You are redirected to the Sign Out page.

  3. Tap Back to Sign In to Sign in again.
