Attachments

Attachments are files that have been added to the job. They can be estimates, supplements, photos, vendor invoices, towing bills, and other supporting documentation.

Use the Attachments tab to complete the following attachments-related tasks:

Add folders to favorites for easy access to the files you want to attach.

How to

  • Open the opportunity or repair order you want to work in, and then click the Attachments tab.
  1. Open the opportunity or repair order you want to work in, and then click the Attachments tab.
  2. On the Attachments tab, click the My Computer tab.
  3. Browse to the folder you want to add, and then click to select it.

  4. Click Add to Favorites.
  5. To confirm the folder was added, click the Favorites tab. The folder is displayed.

  1. Open the opportunity or repair order you want to work in, and then click the Attachments tab.
  2. On the Attachments tab, click the Favorites tab.
  3. On the Favorites tab, click to select the folder you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove from Favorite.
