View Claim Details

1. To find the desired claim, do one of the following: 
• Use the Global Search to locate the desired claim.
• Use Work Queue > Claims to locate the desired claim. See Use the Claims List for more information.
• Use the Integrated Work View to locate the desired claim. See Open a Claim from the Integrated Work View for more information.
2. Select the desired claim's Claim Number.
3. View the claim navigation pane and the claim details page.

   

1. Select Print to open the print preview window.

   

2. In the print preview window, select Print.

   

3. Follow the instructions from your internet browser to print the Claim Summary and Activity Log.

The Claim Summary section provides information about the claim.

Name	Description
Claim Number	You cannot edit this number.
Claim Sensitivity	Change the claim's sensitivity level.
Loss Date	The date of the loss associated with the claim.
Cause of Loss	Select a cause of loss from the list.
Loss Description	Add any details to explain or describe the loss.
Policy Number	The policy number.
Policy State	Select a state for the policy from the list.
Policy Type	Select a type of policy from the list.
Underwriting Company	Enter the name of the underwriting company.
Status	Select the status of the claim from the list.
Assigned Adjuster	Shows the currently assigned adjuster. To change the assigned adjuster, select to open the Resource Lookup window.
Reported Date	The date the loss was reported.
Claim Office	The address of the office for the currently assigned adjuster.

The Activity Log is a comprehensive record of all actions and modifications made on a claim in WorkCenter.
