View Claim Details
Use the claim details page to view a summary of a claim's details, such as:

Cause of loss
-
Policy number
-
Claim status
The claim details page is divided into two sections: the Claim Summary and the Activity Log.
How to
- To find the desired claim, do one of the following:
- Use the Global Search to locate the desired claim.
- Use Work Queue > Claims to locate the desired claim. See Use the Claims List for more information.
- Use the Integrated Work View to locate the desired claim. See Open a Claim from the Integrated Work View for more information.
- Select the desired claim's Claim Number.
- View the claim navigation pane and the claim details page.
Reference
The Claim Summary section provides information about the claim.
The Activity Log is a comprehensive record of all actions and modifications made on a claim in WorkCenter.
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Entry | A description of the action taken on the claim. |
| Category | What category (Claim, Assignment, etc.) the action belongs to. |
| Document | Any documents that were added/changed during the action. |
| Level |
The level (the whole claim or a specific suffix) that the action applies to. |
| Date/Time | The date and time the action occurred. |
| Author | The user who performed the action. |
