Searching for Assignments

Using the Search Criteria, you can quickly find specific assignments and resources.

To search for an assignment

  1. On the Search menu select Assignments.
  2. A variety of text boxes appears in the Workspace.

  3. Enter the keyword(s) or date range(s) for the assignment you want to find.
  4. The Created Date range is the only required information.

  5. Click Search.
  6. The assignments matching your keyword(s) and date range(s) appear in the Work Queue.

Claim Information

Claim suffix

The claim and suffix number.

Insured/Claimant/Last Name

The family name of either the insured or claimant.

Dispatch Center

Select a Dispatch Center from the list.

Created Date

The date range (mm/dd/yyyy) within which the assignment was created. Click to set the date using the calendar window.

Last Date

The date range (mm/dd/yyyy) within which the most recent action was recorded on the assignment. Click to set the date using the calendar window.

Assigned Type

Select Original of Supplement.

Assigned To

Resource Lookup button. Click to open the Resource Lookup window.

Name

Enter the Name of the resource the assignment was assigned to.

ID

Enter the ID of the resource the assignment was assigned to.

Status

Select the check box for any of the assignment statuses you want to include in the search.

Click to begin the search according to your search criteria.

Click to clear all of the criteria settings you have made.
