Introduction

WorkCenter Reporting offers several reports that can be viewed on-screen, sent to a printer, or exported in a variety of formats. When viewed on-screen, each level of data can be examined by clicking a linked field. The report data can be filtered by office or location, and targeted for a specific appraisal source (such as body shop or adjuster), compliance status, metrics category, and date range.

Mitchell’s open system accepts claims from all of the other major vendor platforms and gives you the ability to effectively manage your business with current data. The flexibility of Mitchell’s management reporting solution provides data regardless of whether the estimate was performed by a shop, independent appraiser, or staff appraiser.

The Estimating Reports

Mitchell’s estimating reporting solution identifies trends with five years of historical data. Reporting data is updated on a weekly basis so that you have the previous week’s data available on Monday mornings. Mitchell provides eight standard estimating reports:

  • Productivity—Tracks total estimate numbers and cycle times.
  • Average Claim—Tracks average estimate costs (such as average severity, average costs for paint materials, labor, parts, towing, and storage).
  • Parts Type—Tracks usage of various parts types.
  • Parts Delta—Tracks part information relative to the estimate lines, overrides, and changes including average non-OEM delta per estimate.
  • Labor Ops—Provides data on labor operations, labor hours, and average labor costs per estimate.
  • Labor Rates—Provides data on average labor rates for various labor activities, including body, structural body, refinish, glass, frame, and mechanical.
  • Adjustments—Provides data from estimates with betterment lines, appearance allowances, and other adjustment types.
  • Top Changes—Compares measures from the last full month and its preceding month to identify percent variances. Includes productivity measures, supplements, average claim profile, and adjustment measures.

WorkCenter Reporting

WorkCenter Reporting provides reports for the WorkCenter applications. With data updated within 24-48 hours and including two years of historical data, you have the ability to create and retain custom reports for scheduled use and can run reports using a variety of metrics. The Compliance Reports

  • Compliance Summary Report—Lists estimators, number of estimates, and non-compliance items by category.
  • Detailed Exception Reports—Shows exceptions by rule.
  • Drill-down Reports by Estimator and Claim-level—Shows pass/fail/warning and exceptions by category.
  • Compliance Usage Report—Shows the utilization of Compliance in the organization down to the user level.
  • Business Rule Report—Determine the number of times and total percentage a rule has an exception with the ability to drill down to the user level.

The Review, & Re-inspection Reports

  • Re-inspection Summary—Review and re-inspection summary information by office.
  • Re-inspection Activity—Drill down report by re-inspector shows status and productivity.
  • Re-inspection Results—Shows results by estimate on the net severity change as a result of reviews & re-inspections.
  • Cycle Time—Monitor time between receipt of re-inspection assignment and completion of re-inspection.

The Total Loss Reports

  • Claim Detail—Provides a drill down to the claim level.
  • Claim Summary—Provides averages such as % settled, # settlement adjustments and average market value.
  • YTD Volume—Contains volume by month with drill down to type, user and appraisal source.
  • YTD Average Severity—Contains average severity with the ability to drill down by user, type and appraisal source.
  • YTD Cycle Time by Coverage Type—Cycle time by loss type as well as milestone.
  • ACV by 1st / 3rd Party—Shows variations between claimant and insured.
  • ACV by Vehicle Type—Drills down on condition ratings and vehicle adjustments by vehicle type.
