Event Log
The Event Log lists each event that has taken place on the system, and includes the person who initiated the action, a description of the event, the Claim Number-Suffix of the related worksheet, and the date and time of the event. The Event Log can be printed, and exported, or deleted. For more information, see the Reference section below.
To view the Event Log
- On the View menu, click Event Log.
- Use the scroll bar as needed to view the entire log.
To print the Event Log
- From the Event Log, click Print.
- Verify your printer settings and click OK.
To export the Event Log
- From the Event Log, click Export.
- In the Save In box, browse to the folder where the Event Log will be saved.
- Enter an appropriate File Name, or accept the default entry.
- Click Save. Then when prompted that the export is complete, click OK.
