Print

Use the Print command to print the Total Loss Inspection Worksheet.  The command can be initiated from the File menu or toolbar, and used to print an open or closed worksheet. To print a closed worksheet, you must select the worksheet to be printed from a list. The navigation bar on the left can be used to filter the list to include worksheets that have been saved, marked "Ready to Send," or archived. For more information, see the Reference section below.

To print an open worksheet

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Set the appropriate print options.
  3. Click OK to print the worksheet.

  2. If the list of worksheets is long, click one of the following filters:
  3. Saved
  4. Ready to Send
  5. Archived
  1. In the list, do one of the following:
  2. Double-click the worksheet you want to print.
  3. Click the worksheet you want to print, and click Print.
  1. Set the appropriate print options.
  2. Click OK to print the worksheet.

Reference

Vehicle

The year, make, and model of the vehicle.

Owner

The name of the vehicle owner.

Claim Number

The claim number associated with the vehicle.

 

Saved

Lists all worksheets that have been saved.

Ready to Send

Lists all worksheets that are marked "Ready to Send."


Archived

Lists all worksheets that have been archived.

 

Print

Click Print to send the worksheet to the printer.


Cancel
Click Cancel to close the print dialog box and return to the workspace.
