Rental Worksheet

Use the Rental Worksheet to record rental details for a repairable or total loss vehicle. You can also use this worksheet to set a maximum policy amount for rental cost or to calculate and apply the rental cost to a total loss.

Closed To view and update a rental worksheet

  1. On the Breakeven Analysis, click the underlined Rental value.
  2. Make the selections and entries that apply to the repairable or total loss vehicle.
  3. Click Save and Close.

Calculate Repairable/Total Loss Rental

Policy Max Amount

Select the Policy Max Amount option, then enter the maximum amount permitted for rental under the loss vehicle policy.

Calculate Rental

Select the Calculate Rental option, then enter the information that applies to the rental for the loss vehicle.

Repair Days

Enter the rental days required for the repair.

Additional Repair Days

Enter the additional rental days required for the repair.

Rate Per Day

Enter the daily rate for the rental.

Calculate Rental

Provides the calculated rental cost.

Apply Calculation to Total Loss/Repairable

Select this option to apply the rental calculation to a total loss or repairable loss vehicle.

Comments

Enter comments that apply to the rental for a repairable or total loss vehicle.
