Distribute Documents
Use the Distribute command to send documents to other users or clients. A message can be sent by email to other system users, and by either email or fax to someone who is a party to the claim. The VIN must be included in the Valuation Request before documents can be distributed. Before viewing the documents, each recipient must enter the VIN.
How to

- Click Distribute.
- If necessary, select the Recipient Type.
- In the To line, enter the email address of the recipient.
- To send the message to multiple recipients, separate each address with a semicolon (;).
- Enter an appropriate Message.
- Click Send. When prompted that the email has been sent, click Close.

Enter the e-mail address of the recipient. To distribute the message to multiple recipients, separate each address by a semicolon (;). By default, this field will contain the e-mail address of the vehicle owner from the Admin section of the worksheet. |
The text, "Market Valuation for claim, " followed by the claim number, vehicle year, and model is entered by default. The subject line text can be used as is, or changed as needed. |
