Processing Supplements
After committing and uploading your estimate, you may receive a supplement from
When the insurance company initiates a supplement, you will receive an assignment email with a new assignment. On the Assignment Details page, the assignment type is a supplement.
How to
- Open the estimate in your estimating program.
- Make the necessary changes to the estimate.
- Calculate the estimate.
- Save the estimate.
- (Optional) If you are using Compliance Utility, the estimate review results appear. Review the results, and then revise the estimate to comply.
- Commit the estimate.
- If the estimate needs to be revised to comply with the Compliance Utility results, you will receive an assignment email to create another supplement.
- "Uploading" and complete the procedures to upload a committed estimate, estimate PDFs, photos, and other documents.
