Requests
Use the Request tab to request supplements for an existing Opportunity or Repair Order from your DRP partner. This type of request is known as a Staff Supplement request.
You can create new requests, edit existing requests, or check the status of requests.
Note: This tab is only available if you are licensed for RCE Communications.
How to

- In an open RO or Opportunity, click the Activity tab, and then click the Requests tab. The New Request dialog box appears.
- Enter the Request Type.
- Add any Details that may be relevant to the request.
- Add the Reviewer ID, if appropriate.
- Click Send.

- In an open RO or Opportunity, click the Activity tab.
- Select a request in the list.The lower part of the window displays details for that request.
- Click Edit Request.
- Make changes to the Status Details and Request Details.
- Click Update.
