Reference

Option | Description |
---|---|
on CREATE (when the Opportunity is created) |
Data is sent when the estimate is imported into RepairCenter (or the opportunity is otherwise created). When this option is selected, all job information is uploaded and no job can be manually excluded. |
on CONVERT (when the Opportunity is converted to an RO) |
Data is sent when the opportunity is converted into a repair order. When this option is selected, all job information is uploaded and no job can be manually excluded. |
on DELIVERY (when the RO status is delivered) |
Data is sent when a repair order's web status is set to Delivered or when a delivered date is entered. Prior to delivery, a job can be manually excluded from data submission. Note: We recommend this option only for shops using RepairCenter management modules or web status for repair orders. |
NEVER (unless manually included) |
Data is sent on a job-by-job basis. RepairCenter won't send data automatically, so it must be manually sent with each job. |
