Repair Orders Attachments

Use the Attachment tab to add photos, vendor invoices, towing bills, and other supporting documentation to a repair order. Once you add these items, use the Attachments tab in the open repair order to complete additional attachments-related tasks.

RepairCenter accepts most common file formats as attachments.

Add folders to favorites for easy access to the files you want to attach.

How to

  • On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachments.

    Click the Repair Orders tab, and then click the Attachments tab.

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachments.
  2. On the Attachments tab, click the My Computer tab (or the Favorites tab).
  3. Browse to the folder containing the files you want to attach, and then click to select it.The files it contains appear.

  4. Click to select a file. You can also select multiple attachments by holding down Ctrl while clicking each attachment (or by clicking Select All).
  5. When you finish selecting files, click Attach Files.
  6. In the Attach to Job dialog box, verify the appropriate files are included.
  1. Click Attach Items. The dialog box closes and the files appear in the attachments box.
  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachments.
  2. On the Attachments tab, double-click the attachment.
  3. In the Edit Images and Documents dialog box, click .
  4. In the Delete Attachment dialog box, click Delete.
  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachments.
  2. On the Attachments tab, click the My Computer tab.
  3. Browse to the folder you want to add, and then click to select it.

  4. Click Add to Favorites.
  5. To confirm the folder was added, click the Favorites tab. The folder is displayed.

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, and then click Attachments.
  2. On the Attachments tab, click the Favorites tab.
  3. On the Favorites tab, click to select the folder you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove from Favorite.

Date

The vehicle's repair stage.

Click the arrows to choose a date range.

Status

The job's status.

Apply Filter

Applies the most recent filter settings

Reset

Clears any changes made to the filters.
